Language and nature - a mystic perspective

Language and Nature
by Max Desorgher
c.1996

God's language is written in the earth and in nature. That is the central realisation of the mystic and of the mystic poet. It is also, of course, central to the understanding of the healer or shaman who use the language of nature to connect her or himself to the Source of healing, the Source of light, the Source of truth. The poet delves into language, and finds meaning behind meaning in the depths of it. The mystic delves into nature and finds the same.

Are language and nature, then, ultimately one, or at least so intertwined that when either are explored by the mind of woman/man, they provoke that mystic vision which is mankind's greatest teacher? Or, going one step further, is that mystic vision actually the mind of God, which mankind enters by means of those magical touchstones, language and nature?

When people are robbed of language and nature, they are robbed of their divine inheritance - the means to enter that blessed realm and communicate directly with their Creator. In such a world, we are stunted, depressed, forever longing after a lost paradise. It is surely the task of the poet, the artist or the healer, to return that birthright to the world, so that we can smile once again, knowing who we are, who made us and why.

The mystic vision reveals God, mankind and universe in harmony. It is also a prophesy of what can be restored when mankind remembers his place in the scheme of things, and returns to his heart.

The Hidden Messages in Water

by Masaru Emoto

'This book has the potential to profoundly transform your world view. Using high-speed photography, Dr. Masaru Emoto discovered that crystals formed in frozen water reveal changes when specific, concentrated thoughts are directed toward them. He found that water from clear springs and water that has been exposed to loving words shows brilliant, complex, and colorful snowflake patterns. In contrast, polluted water, or water exposed to negative thoughts, forms incomplete, asymmetrical patterns with dull colors. The implications of this research create a new awareness of how we can positively impact the earth and our personal health'

Fasting

Fasting is a period of abstinence from all food or specific items. Fluids are consumed in sufficient quantity to satisfy thirst and physiologic requirements. During the absence of food, the body will systematically cleanse itself of everything except vital tissue. Starvation will occur only when the body is forced to use vital tissue to survive. Although protein is being used by the body during the fast, a person fasting even 40 days on water will not suffer a deficiency of protein, vitamins, minerals or fatty acids. In the breakdown of unhealthy cells, all essential substances are used and conserved in a most extraordinary manner. There is an unwarranted fear of fasting that strength diminishes from the catabolism of proteins from muscle fibers. Even during long fasts, the number of muscle fibers remains the same. Although the healthy cells may be reduced in size and strength for a time, they remain perfectly sound.

Nearly everyone who fasts, discovers the same thing, that when they fast they actually have no hunger and more energy than they normally have. It is indeed liberating to find out that if we let go and trust that we will be taken care of. Fasting is the simplest, easiest and most effective way to find out that we do indeed have the power and freedom to heal and take control of our bodies.

The Essene Gospel of Peace

In 1928 Edmond Bordeaux Szekely published his translation of The Essene Gospel of Peace, an ancient manuscript discovered in the Secret Archives of the Vatican. The poetic style of the translator brings to vivid reality the exquisitely beautiful words of Jesus and the Elders of the Essene Brotherhood. Liberated from the secret archives of the Vatican, these sacred scrolls are testaments to the eternal and living truth of the Way.

Making Holy Anointing Oil

In Exodus Chapter 30 verses 22- 25, the Lord commanded Moses to make a holy anointing oil from myrrh, cinnamon , sweet smelling cane(kaneh bosem), cassia and olive oil. This would have been a powerful antiviral and antibiotic oil, the use of which would give protection and treatment to those to whom it was administered. Myrrh is an effective antiseptic and cicatrisan (wound healer).

Combined use of honey, bee propolis and myrrh in healing a deep, infected wound in a patient with diabetes mellitus

From: British Journal of Biomedical Science, 2006

A deep wound with tissue loss in the right foot of a 65-year-old male patient with diabetes mellitus was treated by a standard protocol that included strict control of blood sugar level. In addition, an antibiotic regimen was included to combat anaerobic and aerobic infection. Also, a paste consisting of myrrh, bee propolis and honey (MPH) was applied to the wound. Following treatment, the wound settled and healed well (Fig. 1).

The most significant results were obtained during the use of the MPH paste (800 mg bee propolis, 50 g myrrh, mixed together in honey). The paste was prepared every three days and stored in a refrigerator. Wound cleaning was performed daily using standard methods in addition to the MPH paste to fill the wound cavity. The effectiveness of the paste in keeping the wound clean was indicated by a complete absence of pus and cellular exudate. After four weeks the wound had healed well and the patient returned to work.

World Community Autism Program

WCAP is a not-for-profit organisation helping families affected by autism. It's founders and directors are Max Desorgher and Sandra Desorgher.

The Desorgher Method is a holistic approach to bringing about emotional, spiritual, mental and physical well-being in people suffering under the condition of autism. It grew out of the Professional Parenting model known as ‘the Magic of the Family’, and has been most successfully used for those exhibiting the stresses and conflicts of adapting to a world where their condition is poorly understood and their survival has depended on developing coping strategies, which have come to be labelled as ‘problem behaviors’. It can be adapted for uses in many settings and for a wide range of problems and age groups, wherever struggle and survival strategies are standing in the way of relationship, growth, fulfilment, health and happiness.

Honey more effective than antibiotics

For several years now medical experts from the University of Bonn have been clocking up largely positive experience with what is known as medihoney. Even chronic wounds infected with multi-resistant bacteria often healed within a few weeks.

‘In hospitals today we are faced with germs which are resistant to almost all the current anti-biotics . . . as a result, the medical use of honey is becoming attractive again for the treatment of wounds.' says Dr. Arne Simon, of the cancer ward of the Bonn University Children's Clinic
